Pageviews = uniques x 2, whats wrong? dkin msg:529556 4:54 am on Jan 4, 2006 (gmt 0) I run a gaming website, people can come read about games view screenshots and watch gameplay videos of it, but each unique I get only turns into an average of 2.4 pageviews, now, no need to sugar coat it I know this is garbage.
How can I raise this?

Are you sure your stats aren't being skewed by googlebot/slurp coming in for 1/2 pages at a time from different ips?

no, I didnt know that could happen, how can I see if they are? arran msg:529560 8:36 am on Jan 6, 2006 (gmt 0)
In most basic stats packages, you can exclude useragents to get a more accurate (i.e. bot free) picture. Alternatively, you could do some grepping of your logs.
