Well, apparently it says the urls have errors until they are submitted to the index. After calling them they told me it can take up to 12 days to be indexed. Whee.

Okay, 12-13 days and the URLs still say they are in error in the control panel. A few of the URLs show up in the index but not all of them. I called up the customer service and they KEEP telling me it will take a few days more. What kind of customer service is this? I've requested a refund from these people. I'm paying a yearly submission cost and it takes half a month to see any results? No thank you.

14-15 days Called support to be informed I should wait a few more days. Requested to talk to a manager. Received voice mail. Left a message. No response for 3 days. All urls not submitted and control panel still says all urls are in error.

Well, submitted on the 1st of May, so not that recent. This is unbelievable. I seem to be speaking to the same customer support reps who keep telling me it will be fixed in a few days. Same errors and same lack of inclusion after supposedly speaking to a manager, who supposedly lost my phone number but then found it when I called her. Am I drunk? How could this be the customer support mentality/staff of such a large organization? My small e-commerce companies have superior customer service. Still no resolution, 18 days later.
