"URL Included" message comes 5 months late?!
What did I pay for?

 7:00 pm on Apr 11, 2003 (gmt 0)

I submitted a number of sites to the ineedhits.com "Paid Inclusion" service in late October 2002. In the message I got as a receipt for my order, it said
When will my web page/s be included?
The schedule set by Ask Jeeves is 7 days.
I have just now, over 5 months later, received "URL Inlcuded" messages kindly telling me that the url's submitted are "now included in the Ask Jeeves/Teoma Database".

What is this?

What is this?

A ridiculous delay!

Who sent the e-mail, ineedhits, or AJ/T?

One or the other dropped the ball on this one...

I am getting them on a regular basis, IneedHits is the culprit in this case.

total bunch of cowboys, trust me.

stick to PositionTech these days.

Ditto Shak. I get them all the time.

They have apologized for it in the past, and we have been told to ignore them.

the messages are from askjeeves[at]ineedhits.com

The strangest thing is that I got a first confirmation message for one of the 10 urls submitted, about a week after the submission. Then I just got a series of confirmation e-mails just now for the others!

I got the same message.
However, I checked the TEOMA index about a week after
I submitted and I was in the index, so I think it is
just a INEEDHITS problem.

On another subject, I have been waiting for a deep crawl from TEOMA, and I notice that this happened last week.
Is it just a coincidence that I was included in the DMOZ
for the first time last week?
