1) you call them
2) they call you back in 5 hours [voice mail says 24]
3) they only let you buy 1 & 2 word phrases
4) they can't quote you over the phone.
5) you must Email the ad rep who THEN must ask somebody what they want for the KW. CUMBERSOME!

you're doing well. I sent in a request via their website and followed up with voicemail about 10 days ago. No response yet.
