| Popular Site now crawl at all, why?

I have a popular site with many good related inbound links. It has been out there for years, but why it is not in teoma database? Any Ideas? There are at least 30 sites that links to me are in teoma database (most already more than 1 year). IDEAs, How to solve this problem without $$$? If I submit via paid submission
1. Will they crawl only the URL (my domain) I submit or they will crawl all URLs under my domain? 2. 2nd URL is cheaper. Must I submit them at the same time or can I just submit them few months later when I think is nessary?

I didn;t search for my URL, I type in my excact title of my site and found a lot of matches - pages of sites that link to my site! But not my very own.
