okay okay this might be a stupid question but hey i just
can't figure it out! :o
i'm living near hamburg, germany. that is GMT +1h right?
now the servers display GMT+2h here and if my webmasterworld
setting is +2h, the timestamps fit, too.
my conclusin so far is.. um.. well, i have no idea!
what am i missing here?
