You can have the rest of the Canadians for the UK (or France) - just leave us Albertans seperate - or at least put us with the Americans.

Born in Peiping/Peking/Beijing. Parents were not-too-bright missionaries, but bright enough to get out fast in 1949 and take me with them.

Now in San Antonio, Texas. Not bright enough to move away from the cheap rents and find a real job.

Must be a genetic thing.

>>What NFFC really wants: There is a case to be made for USA being deducted their points and added on to the UK score, imho (After all they were a colony!)

But weren't the residents of the Isles getting their petuties kicked by the Vikings and the Gauls before they became England and decided to colonize the planet? Maybe Rumbas has a point. ;)

Your call....

In Canada, where the Queen is the Head of State, her official title is "Elizabeth the Second, by the Grace of God, of the United Kingdom, Canada and Her other Realms and Territories...

Note to self: Try in future not to make subtle hints at the exsistence of a new continent called the www of which we are all citizens, comrades, subjects :)

a new continent called the www

It's not a continent, it's a state of mind.

But if you want to make the WWW=continent/location argument, then may as well deduct everyone's points and give them all to the US... As Lisa pointed out in FOO, the internet started here! ;)

But now that I think about it, would that mean we have to deduct all of the US points and give them to Al Gore? Would the Supreme Court then give them all to Bush instead? Yipe! Maybe we should all stay fragmented...
