Fantastic news. My hats trully off to his wife - Ali. Her strength and (seeming?) levelheadedness seemed to keep the search alive and the threads rolling. Quite inspiring, really. It's real relief not only to know that Ian is okay, but to know that her ordeal is over, as well.

Glad he was found. Does Ian remind anyone of Tom Hanks in Cast Away? This story kinda reminds me of the movie The Terminal... Plot Outline: An eastern immigrant finds himself stranded in JFK airport, and must take up temporary residence there.

Ian, I am sure you will be checking out this forum sooner or later so a little bit of advice - the colonies are not what they used to be. Have a pint at the local pub back home (laugh about it) and forget this ever happened. Cheers, Chris.

This whole Ian Turner thread is a testament to the true greatness of the people of WW. I look forward to reading Ian's posts in the future! PS How can we prevent this from happening again? IE. mobile messengers etc? SMS alerts ect? Can we learn from this? Craig.
