Where do posts on hold go? sleepy msg:511443 1:23 am on Sep 11, 2004 (gmt 0) Several of my recent posts have been put on hold and a couple have disppeared totally...where do they go and how do I track them.
Getting to the stage where I will start having to copy my messages before I send them to save retyping them.

Posts on hold are still in their respective forums, but visible to the forum mods and admins only.
If you have a question about a post on hold, your best bet is to direct it at the mod of the particular forum, or the admin of the category in which the forum resides.
All of the mod/admin information is available from the
Forums Index [ webmasterworld.com] page. [ edited by: bakedjake at 2:07 am (utc) on Sep. 11, 2004] Brett_Tabke msg:511445 2:07 am on Sep 11, 2004 (gmt 0)
Hold means it is under review. Several forums are premoderated and require moderator approval for a post to go live. When some forums generate hundreds of messages a day, it was time to step in to keep the forum usable. sleepy msg:511446 1:22 pm on Sep 11, 2004 (gmt 0)
Thanks for the update guys ... if the post hasnt been posted within a couple of days does that mean the mods deleted it.
