I should have mentioned it to Brett yesterday, but I didn't think of it at the time. Downtown Orlando has a WiFi cloud operating, so when everyone hits tbe pub on Saturday there should be available internet access for those who bring WiFi enabled laptops. Not sure of the reliability or quality of it, having never used it personally, but it's there nonetheless. I'll mention it to Brett today if I get a chance so he can let people know.

Congrats to Brett and all the others at WW that make it work. Good to see things rocking along. You know, I didn't realize the "Pub" was short for Publishers... always figured drinking beer was involved somehow, thus the Pub. I hope everyone tips a few pints at the end of the day anyway.

Nobody ever drinks beer at these things. ;) Awesome presentations all around from the reps, members, mods, Brett, & the top dogs in the industry. This was HUGE compared to Boston and on the scale of some of the longer running SE conferences. Great ideas & info presented, few laughs here and there, just a great overall experience & the "Publishers Day" is still to come.

So glad to hear the PubCon is going well and all are learning a lot, meeting, greeting and enjoying! Wish I were there! Congrats Brett and all the organizers/sponsors/speakers for a job well done. Wow, 600 geeks in one room ... it boggles the mind! I can't wait to read the reports. :)

Just wanted to say that my first PubCon was a fantastic experience. Meeting the people you see everyday in these forums face to face is priceless. The weather sucked for the most part, but today turned out to be a gorgeous day... perfect for visiting with new friends out on the patio of the pub. Now I'm ready to get back home and get to work :) Cheers to WebmasterWorld.

Over 700 was the final tally. I would like to thank everyone involved in the conference for the outstanding help and support. Also, thank you to the incredible job done by the speakers and presenters. Many on our crew were talking in public for the very first time - they did a fantastic job. idea for a business in orlando .. taxi cab service .... especially if it takes less than 1/2 hour to pick you up. apart from the 'cab unavailabilities' and weather, was a great trip and conference

Unfortuately I couldn't make this one. Bad timing with the maple season coming around. I will however, spring for breakfast maple syrup at the next one - it hands down beats that table syrup rubbish we all attempt to enjoy!~ ;) Congrads WebmasterWorld on another success! :)

Missed you fathom. >> we all attempt to enjoy Not here in the Maple Syrup capital of the USA - we have the real deal year round! OMG is it good and versatile too. Clears acne, replaces 10W-40, and you can use it to shine your shoes.
