Search function on Webmasterworld.com
Uh, any way to search this site?

Hi gang. I just discovered webmasterworld.com and am really benefiting from all the wisdom and experience here.

One nagging question: why isn't there some sort of searching function right on the site, as on other forums? Is this just an oversight, or is there some important reason? (I mean, the irony is too obvious to miss.)

Hi and welcome! There is a search (not the best, Brett is working on it -we just outgrew it faster than expected) in the upper left-hand corner. Or click here [searchengineworld.com]

Hi Winooski, and welcome! The search function will probably become your best friend for a while. There is SOOOO much valuable information to be found in this forum...
Good luck searching and enjoy.

Just a note: you must be logged in to use the search function.

Brett, thank you! That's exactly what I needed to know. Thanks also to rcjordan and 2_much for the prompt replies.

This is a very thoughtful community. I look forward to the opportunity to contribute in kind...

I changed this over the weekend. You no longer must be logged in to use the site search.
