google.es pl etc

This is primarily a google question, but I thought I would post it here as it seems more relevant. I have some sites that when I use the es or pl etc version of google the site does not show. When I search on google.com and search in spanish the term I want shows in a good position. Any one else seeing this?

It doesn't show at all? Or the rankings are different? Google.es tends to give a slight bias to Spanish sites, but your site should at least show. You're not using the "páginas de España" (pages from Spain) option are you?
