| Espotting extends reach in Spain & Italy

The race for domination on the fast growing european PPC market is still open.
After losing Lycos.Europe to Overture, Espotting now has announced the extension of the partnership with Altavista for Italy, Spain and France.
While France is a mere prolongement, Altavista Spain and Italy are newly added to the deal. Espotting now is present in all three countries, partnering with Yahoo and AV, in France also Lycos has Espotting for now.
Overture will open for business in France in July/August, with no set dates yet for Italy and Spain. Espotting press release [espotting.com]

E-spotting run accounts for very large companies. I contacted them several times to point out that my ad had been jumped, at the same price, by one of these large accounts. The person I was submitting my search terms to for approval admitted running one of these large accounts - so he was getting my search term ideas too. Not an accusation - just an observation. I have now made the decision to *never* advertise with search engines again. I think it is money down the drain.
