Mais bien sur, heini! Overture France has indeed already sent out several e-mail notices of opening, but thus far, there's nothing active at all. They are proposing a 50% discount on their "hands on" services (where they manage your account). Thus far, all they're announcing is "opening third trimester". Who are their partners? Good question!

Overture has not yet current partners, but signed with AOL.fr, and Tiscali Shopping. Tiscali has also Espotting for "Tiscali recherche" (Nomade the directory) for the 10 first responses.

I called their 800 number. Their ETA is late July. They say that they have partnerships with aol.fr, lycos.fr starting in December and Tiscali starting in August.
