At the moment, the ODP is doing major computer upgrades. In your case, I'd say keep trying. Hopefully, you saved that app to a file in case you have to send again. For everyone else, I'd recommend not applying to be an editor, or submitting sites, until an all clear message goes out the upgrades are done. Just too common for glitches during system upgrades, and data being lost.

They have lost my editor login cookie. I can remember my password. I stsrted when there were only 200,000 sites.

It's bouncing because there's nothing "on" at the other end to receive it. Try every day or so, but don't expect success for a while.

| You'll have to request reinstatement. After 4 months of no editing, your login will expire. You can request it here: [dmoz.org...]

... then follow up in the appropriate thread at Resource Zone if you hear nothing back in a week or so. Be aware that the ODP editor side including site submission, URL update, editor application, and other such functions may be offline from time to time, especially in the next 10 days or so.
