Alexa images not showing

i get a:

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /image_server.cgi on this server.

for the alexa screen shots for 2 days now... is that just me?

Not only is my cool homepage screenshot no longer showing, my traffic rank increased by 1,117,565!

i still see no images! i guess the designers internally see them, and nobody is telling them.
