Skylo, You don't improve your Page Rank by placing links on your pages (your more likely to decrease it), you need to get other websites to link to your website. If you read some of the threads in the Link Development forum you'll get all the advice you need on how to go about this.

I read that wrong, skylo, sorry if I mislead To increase PR you need to get inbound links from external sites. If you are increasing your number out bounds that will not help. Link to related sites if you can. Have a look through this forum. There will be lots of ways and suggestions to building link popularity. Cheers
