I have read in many topics here on WW that it's more effective to have your kewords in the incoming links. What does this mean exactly? Which of the below?

1) <a href="http://www.domain.com/">www.domain.com - keyword1 keyword2...</a>

or

2) <a href="http://www.domain.com/">www.domain.com</a> - keyword1 keyword2...

Thanks

Hunter
