I use frontpage, both for the web I make and the sites I link to. There are many html editors that will accommodate this tool.

Can you use frontpage to check other sites??? I don't want to check for broken links on my sites, I want to check to see if other sites have a link to our sites. So I would use the program and tell it: Go to domain A and look for domain B on any page of domain A.

I see 2much, I misread you the first time :) One way I do it (certainly not comprehensive) is look for your domain name without the www or http, and you usually get a rather inflated result where 99% are genuine references to your site. I guess thats a good last resort if you cannot find a script. I'm sure someone will have a trick up their sleeve :)

Hey 2_much: Right now I do not know of any stand alone automated tool that will check links, most that I know of are part of a link building program, like Zeus, et al. If you got one of these, I think you would need to put all the info program...I will keep an eye out and post what I find.
