Looking for a way to find the elusive PR=X rating

I've been hanging out here at WW happily for the last two hours at least, soaking up all kinds of wonderful ideas and opinions.
I've seen a lot of people mention link pop and use a formula such as PR=5.
Where are you going to find this formula, or are you using software to do it? (If so, which?)

"PR" refers to Google PageRank, which is displayed for sites you visit if you have the Google toolbar installed: [toolbar.google.com...] .

Oooooh, I thought you wanted to get a PR=10 (X being roman numeral 10) he he he
