I'm in the process of putting together some recommendations for a client who is building a flash site for link pop. I had been thinking of setting up an on site directory in HTML and making it part of the site (as you do). However because of the number of potential links and the theme, (pets) I've been starting to lean toward a vortal. Any suggestions out there and some pro's and con's would be nice. :) Thanks everyone in advance.

Iseem to have mislead everyone with the wording of my post, I'm sorry for the misunderstanding. I was talking about building the directory or vortal, what would be the best for a flash site. A vortal under another url, or HTML directory as part of the site?
