| Many pages, not so many links.

I have few websites with about 500 pages overall. I target every page to one keyword, keyword with very small competition. So i don't need many links to put such a page on first results page BUT if there is 500 pages things are not so easy anymore. What should i do - just get links to main url, or try to find links for every page? But i really have no idea how to find 1000-1500 links (500 pages x 2-3 links per page)...
