Paying for High PR Links
What's the best strategy?

We've seen and have been contacted by a number of people selling links on high PR sites. Links on homepages cost at least 5x more than inside pages even though there may be only a 1 PR difference. If you're buying these links, what strategy works best for you?

First of all don't buy links based upon Page Rank.

If I wanted to, I could sell you a dozen or so pr8 links on the spot, but their value is very low and it would not do you much good if any.

Evaluating good links is a science in itself, today you need to do alot of homework to determine what a link is worth. It is a "buyer beware" market and many people miss this and are just throwing their money away.

As I understand it some high ranked PR sites do not pass PR. Are any PR 5's blocked from passing PR?

Stay under the radar, and avoid the high profile sites unless they will drive traffic.

If they contacted you I wouldn't trust them.
