Can anyone guide me that whick Link Strategyis best. Suppose that i ahev a website on apparel.....and i make 3 pages fort links and the links for all the 2 link pages are put in every pages and in every page i put around 30 links.... Or i make a page called Net Resources and there i made a small directory like usually people do these day and there i made links like Business Direcories, Link Exchange Directores , Apparel Resources and on the corresponding pages i put related page. Which one is better...any suggestions....

I would place rec links on a 'partners' page.

It actually depends on the kinds of words you are optimizing for, if u have to optimize for very competitive words where u will need gud number of incoming links, then making a reciprocal directory section would be gud, but if u want to promote ur site with 2-3 word keyphrases then a link page will do it for u.
