I apologize.........This tool compares the links pointing in to a site, to analyze the effects of "deep links" (links to interior pages) vs. links to the site's home page.I don't know how to use this tool.Anybody knows?

Presumably the purpose of the tool is to give a particular measure of the diversity of inbound links. It's probably best if your site has people linking to different pages on the site, not just the home page.
It helps PR spread more evenly throughout the site and diversity of links may - I repeat, may - be a measure Google et al. use for how "natural" a set of inbound links looks.
Deeplinks are very very important in my experience.
Scenario 1: a great informational site attracts 1000 links to it over time but they are all to the homepage. Read- those 1000 links aren't natural... devalue.
Scenario 2: an average informational site attracts 500 links to it over time to all different pages within the site, less than 50% of total links are to the homepage. Read- those 500 links are natural and worth more than the 1000 in scenario 1.
You don't have to be a google phd to realise which site is credible.
That's what the tool does, shows you what proportion of links to a domain are deeplinks.
I'm not getting much.....If we are giving links to home page and other pages of our site means, then the clicks will not convert our customer to sign up.That's why we are using landing pages(am i correct?).I think this links may help to increase our page ranks only. Explain me to know fully about this. Thanks
