| Geting tired with finding link partners

because my PageRank dropped from 5 to 4, what's worse my keyword is always on the fouth or fifth spot on Google, so I built up a link directory and I have been keeping on searching for related link partners. It seems that I get bored with this now, how about you guys, do you search link partners by yourself? and what's your goal per day?
