Google and Recip Link programs

Not sure if this should be here or in Google, but here it is anyway. Is there any feedback anywhere about how Google views Zeus? As touchy as they are about links programs I felt that I had to try to get some opinions here before I spent a LOT of time setting it up.

I'm of the opinion that if Zeus is used correctly and not as part of a links program, it could be a valuable tool. There's not much difference (except time spent)with having Zeus looking for related sites than personally looking and then sending the webmaster a note about exchangine links. Of course once Zeus finds related links, you should personally review the website and drop the webmaster a personalized note about his site and how both parties could mutually benefit.

Zeus sites seem to do well in Google. I have not heard of any Zeus problem with Google, nor would I expect any since each Zeus link directory is unique and in no way represents "canned" links pages. While I have seen some ugly and poorly organized Zeus links directories, that is really more of an editorial issue rather than a spam problem.
