Hi Just signed up one of my sites for the scheme, and submitted the completed page to the search engines. Glad to hear it is working so well.
I have about 30 sites, and have used the referals from a links page across all my own sites in the same sort of way that you are doing. It has worked well. I have not in fact submitted the links page to the search engines, but put a link on from the front page of each site that they have found and indexed the links page from that on each site.
I have tried the LinksToYou scheme on 5 sites, registering in the beginning of August, but 9 weeks later, there are very few links from it. Certainly search engines have not picked up the LinksToYou pages.
