change w3c validator to accept local IP
| 8:28 am on Nov 11, 2004 (gmt 0)|
On Opera, I can just press ctrl + alt + v and it validates the page using W3C validation service.
I installed the web developer toolkit on firefox, but it will not validate the page because the IP address 127.0.0.1 is not public.
I guess that opera uses a temporary page from its cache to make it work.
How do I do the same for firefox?
I know there is the option to use Validate Local Html, but I would like to use W3C.
Is this possible?

I don't know of one off the top of my head but have you tried looking through the Mozilla Extensions?
