| New computer, got Opera 8.54 & can't enter serial number
Looked everywhere, can't find where to register my Opera 8.54 |

Last year, I got the latest version at the time (a previous version, still in the Opera 8 version). I entered my serial number and all was fine. Now I have a new computer and downloaded the latest version of Opera, got my serial number, but cannot find where to enter it! Seems last time I entered it under Help>Register Opera. I'm using Windows XP. Any ideas on where I enter my serial number?

The Opera browser has been free for a little while now: [opera.com...] No need to register anymore; all it did was turn off the ads that are no longer there.

Oh. That's good to hear! No wonder I couldn't find how to enter the serial number. Don't know how I missed that. Thanks for bringing that to my attention. :)
