Opera 8 bug "select:focus"
"select:focus {border: ...}" --> submit jumps every time to "selected"

Mabe this is a new bug in Opera 8:

Bug occurs if:
1.) Style: select:focus {border: solid}
2.) One option is "selected"
3.) Choosing another option and pressing the submit button.
