opera page reloads/refresh
cant remember how to access the settings

 2:01 am on Nov 12, 2005 (gmt 0)

Somewhere in the settings or prefs of opera I came acros the GUI for the page refresh or reload timer ..seems it was something like from every second or every minute ..upto every 10 minutes or whatever ..an automated refresh button if you will ..

Only now I cant find the damn thing ..and the opera sites help files are no use ..anyone

Its refreshing "recent post" faster than I can read them ..and I read fast ..losing track without the nice red buttons alongside of the posts ..the current threads page is refreshing too fast ..

Are you talking about the recent posts list here at WebmasterWorld? If so, you're probably thinking more about the Active List Preferences [webmasterworld.com] option in the WebmasterWorld control panel (the "Page 1 Auto Meta Refresh") rather than something in the browser itself. ;)

Of course, there might be an option in the browser too, but I've not heard of it (I don't often use Opera though).
