This is a bit dated news, but I just noticed this release. It appears to have been put up on February 17. For those of you who like to have the latest version of Opera: Changelog for Opera for Windows 8.52 [opera.com]

Must be a really important security update as the program notified me today about the update... | Fixed problem with missing keypresses when switching between applications. |
