My system at work is starting to do some very strage things, though to be honest with you its the longest i have managed to keep an MS OS going, about 1 year in all. Its never quite been right from the start, its been through a few virus attacks, and i am going to kill it. And rebuild. However. Does anyone know where the contacts and the bookmarks are located file wise, so that i can copy them and drop them into the new system ? I've managed to lose this copy of Opera's licence number, any idea's, or should i just contact opera ?

assuming you haven't changed the settings \program Files\Opera\opera5.adr is thre bookmarks (even for opera 6)

And the contacts: \program Files\Opera\Contacts.adr Though I am certain you have already discovered that! ;) You may notice .bak versions of the two (Contacts.adr.bak and Opera5.adr.bak) as well. Since v.6.04 Opera includes a backup function for these two files to prevent accidental loss.
