I'm a little confused about the status of the keywords in one of my campaigns at the moment.
2 days ago, 72% of my keywords in this campaign were assigned a status of "approved". 28% remained at "pending". None were listed as rejected.
12 hrs later, I received a dreaded Editorial Action Notice email, indicating that half of the keywords were rejected. The odd thing is...it has been 26 hours now, and not a single keyword under the keyword performance tab is listed as "rejected". It still shows 72% approved, 28% pending.
Does it take more than 24 hrs before rejected keywords actually show up as rejected in your account? This is silly....
Or is it possible that the automated email was in error and that these keywords have not been rejected?
No, I've had that happen, too, several times. My theory is that, either a human has intervened and un-rejected them, or, the algorithm has 2 steps or makes 2 passes, and that these rejections happen in the first pass. Just guesses. Maybe Adcenter411 will read this thread and reply.
