Due to my bank being strict about fraud, they will periodically block large transactions.
MSN tried to bill my card twice, and after I talked to my bank and got the block lifted from MSN, I have had to deal with the nightmarish customer service.
Yesterday, some girl at support said they would force bill my account and I wold be billed within 24 hours. She said she would call back to follow up. She didn't call.
I called today, and somebody said the same thing. They will force bill my account and to wait 24 hours.
I asked about the force bill from yesterday, why didn't that go through? He had no clue but to offer to force bill the account AGAIN.
This scenario has happened to me a few times and is nothing new.
WHY IS IT SO HARD TO GET MSN TO CHARGE YOUR CREDIT CARD?
When I can't run ads for 2 or 3 days because of this situation, I lose a decent amount of money.
FIX THIS SITUATION MSN - ALSO, ALLOW TO ADD A BACKUP CARD IN CASE THE PRIMARY CARD IS DENIED.
