Secondly, you could be talking out your Yahoo! if you still won't specify what the problem was. All Vinyl means is that without specifics, you can blow it way out of proportion.
IE: Was it an issue with the reporting (which seems to be working a lot nicer for me now), an error message (Specifically "Server [Something] Unavailable") which was the "message of the day" as most like to refer to it XD. Anyways, seems like you're creating propaganda is all, not a great reliability when there is no context.

If MSN/Microsoft's biggest issue is time out errors/hang time opposed to Google's PRICING issues that actually effect my ROI, I'll take MSN problems any day.
