I'd say your best bet is signing up for another account. There is one primary contact for a self serve account. Only way to do what you want is through API, and as support tells me EVERY TIME! I call, "It is for premium customers spending over ten thousand a month". What's more is when they realize I spend more than this, the tune changes to "The Premium/API status/program is full at this time."
They contact you to register you into premium, you cannot sign up for it
