I've issued support requests 3 or 4 times. Twice your support team have sent responses to me but with replies intended for other advertisers!
This needs fixing urgently. You must be getting ticket numbers confused. So, not only do I get the wrong message but I don't get my issue fixed.
Also when I do get a reply intended for me the resposnes are boiler plate. The support member clearly hasn't thought about my issue before launching a standard template reply. They need to use boiler plate replies altered to suit my specific enquiry.
