I just opened a new account yesterday and put in some campaigns (orders?). The keywords have been approved, but the order status is still "submitted".
Does this mean it's not approved yet?
Also, how does the funding work. I don't see anywhere to deposit funds. Does this work like Google where they charge after a certain amount? What's the amount?
Overall, extremely confusing. I've been doing SEM for years and right now I have no idea if I'm approved or not, no idea how to fund this thing, no feedback on why some words were rejected, no idea if I need to do more to get this thing running.
Your credit card will be charged automatically at least once a month. If you have pending charges amounting to less than your current credit threshold (The credit limit assigned to each account. If this limit is reached before your monthly billing anniversary, your credit card is charged.) , your credit card will be charged either on your monthly billing cycle day or once you have reached your credit threshold, whichever comes first.
My experience seems to be that at first they charge every $100 or so, but as you start to spend more the threshold is raised. For instance, my threshold is now at $2,500.
Was the $100 a pre-charge or a post charge. Was the $100 based on the budget you set? Is there some place you tell them the amount to charge?
Only the initial $5 to open the account is pre-charged. Everything else is post-charged as far as I can remember. I know now that I have been active for a couple months that everything is post-charged.
