Telefonica closes down Terra
Merges back with to its parent company

They've been talking about it for a year or so now - and I see in my paper that Telefonica is closing down Terra, SA and merging it back into it's main business.

Terra shareholders get 1 Telefonica de Espaņa SA share for each 4.5 Terra shares.
