This would be very easy to do in via server side code, either based on hour or randomly ... a snap in asp. php im sure would be similar. perl anyone?

I run YPN and AdSense 50/50 using phpadsnew without any problems at all.

Added:

There is a lot of information here [google.com] on setting it up for AdSense. The process is identical when you add YPN as well to rotate them.

You have to use an ad serving software like phpAdsNew and have to set 2 campaigns with the same "weight".
