It says that ads cannot be placed on "welcome pages." What is a welcome page? They're not talking about home pages, are they?

Total guess - but since that line is included in the statement that basically says the pages displaying YPN ads must have content, I would assume they mean are entry pages with no content. i.e. when you go to the homepage of the site and they have a banner that is their logo and it says "click here to enter" with nothing else on the page or a flash movie, etc. YPN is likely referring to those types of pages as "welcome pages".

Thank you. I actually heard from Yahoo about it and they said I could place the ads on any page as long as I owned the site. So all is good.
