Recently I got a beta e-mail from the YPN. I live in Canada, and I want to try the YPN. My editor is in the United States and most of the site's visitors, although I can't post a URL or numbers here, is very popular and growing; and most of the visitors are from the US too. So, my question would be, can I be in the program? If not, can my editor sign up for me? What are the current rules, because I really want to try out the YPN, and I haven't been able to find any kind of e-mail address to contact Yahoo. And good luck finding a phone number.

Any time you need a phone number for whoever, just visit hoovers.com. They've been providing this info for at least seven years now. ;)
