If you choose 20 items per page, you will see sub-total of 20 items those are displaying on your page along Total Reports. In summary in this Last month report case Total reports is Last month Report and sub-total is total of items (days) currently displaying on your page that you selected in Bottom 5 items,10 items, 25 items, 50 items or 100 items. In last month report if you choose 50 items per page your Sub-total and total reports will be the same. Hope this helps.
