there is not a single site that isnt violating this, even the scripts to block intl traffic are not 100% accurate. I use phpadsnew and my intl traffic was reduced to 5% only, but is not 100% accurate. its basically imposibly to block all the intl traffic 100%, ypn knows this. but they want you at least to have 90% or more of ur traffic from US sources only, thats my guess

YahooSarah said that in a few days/weeks Y! will offer ways to block other traffic, hopefully that is what the downtime is about tomorrow night.
