You would think that they would do this themselves. Anyone have a script to block ad from being seen by people outside the USA?

This is not true. It has always been like this. Everyone is violating the TOS whether you block or not by the way.

there is not a single site that isnt violating this, even the scripts to block intl traffic are not 100% accurate.

I use phpadsnew and my intl traffic was reduced to 5% only, but is not 100% accurate. its basically imposibly to block all the intl traffic 100%, ypn knows this. but they want you at least to have 90% or more of ur traffic from US sources only, thats my guess

YahooSarah said that in a few days/weeks Y! will offer ways to block other traffic, hopefully that is what the downtime is about tomorrow night.
