Well since nobody else seems to like to respond here we go: If your looking to do an entire site, but you have mutliple ones you want to track, click on REPORTS tab, go to Reporting URLS. Enter in the various URL's (can be the root domains, individual pages, its up to you how specific the information is that you want to track). Mark them all as active. Now wait for a day or so for your reports to be generated. TO VIEW your stats: Reports tab-> Performance Report Click the circle by "Reporting URL" Select the URL by which you want to track specifically (domain whatever) This help you?

ok so lets say I put www.mysite.com it will cover all my sites stats and say www.mysite.com next to the stats? or do I have to individually add all my inner pages to the track reporting thing?

If you want to track to a website, just create your ad units with the same channel name for each of those ad units.
