Overture is Yahoo.

Yes but overture's content match is an existing product along with precision match. It's not the same as the YPN.
Having said that, I'm still trying to find out if overture's existing partners will be offered the benefits of a dynamic matching system for their content match product, which is very limited at present.

What is interesting is that when there is now news at all from YPN this board is dead. No discussion, nothing and the buzz is dying as well.
