| Blocking YPN Ads via Windows Hosts File?

Does anyone know how to block yahoo publisher network ads via the windows hosts file? I use this trick to stop me from clicking my own ads with adsense but for a new site I am using YPN and would like to do the same. Thank you so much!

This should work (haven't tested it) : 127.0.0.1 ypn-js.overture.com
