| Targeting horrible today

I know but somehow my sites aren't getting a good targeting today. Ads from Australia and other wild places are showing up. weird. The fourth hour and still no solution.

I am seeing the same issue. Also looks like it is the same ads on all page so right now it is not targeting at all.
